Standard Labor Rates

Repair rate is $60 per hour labor (1-hour minimum on ANY REPAIR unless noted). Prices shown are estimates only for common repairs. If the price of the repair will be significantly different than the list below, approval will be required prior to the work being done. To minimize any damage, please bring the instrument in a gig bag or case. We will not be responsible for scratches or any other damage to instrument left without a case. RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

Re-String and Clean (w/ minor adjustments and strings)

6 String - $40

12 String - $60

Professional Setup (Includes new strings)

6 String Acoustic - $70

12 String Acoustic - $120

Electric Guitar - $75

Electric Guitar w/Locking Tremolo - $85

Electric Bass Guitar (4 String) - $75

Professional Setup Includes:

Re-string (Standard Strings). Clean & Oil Neck & Fingerboard. Check & Adjust Neck height. Clean and check frets. Adjust the Neck. Adjust the Truss Rod. Check and tighten hardware. Bridge adjustment. Action adjustment. Set intonation. Set pickup height. Lubricate and adjust tuning gears (open gear tuners).

Bone Nut 6 String - $75

Bone Nut 12 String - $125

Bone/Custom Saddle - $85

Fretwork

Fret Leveling and Recrown - $120 (plus $40 re-stringing)

Dress Sharp Fret Ends - $60

Re-fret Unbound Neck (Ebony or Rosewood Fretboard) - $300 (plus cost of frets)

Re-fret Unbound Neck (Maple Fretboard) - $325 (plus cost of frets)

Re-fret Bound Neck - $300 (plus cost of frets)

Specialized Repairs

Structural Work

Bridge Reset (Re-use existing bridge) - $100

Brace Re-glue - $75 plus $20 per brace

Bridge Plate Replacement - $150-200

Crack Fill & Patch - $60+$100 (1-week minimum wait time)

Neck Reset – Other Body Repair (Estimate provided prior to work)

Electronics

Cleaning - $60 Replace Switch - $75 plus switch cost

Replace Pots - $40 plus pot cost (each)

Replace Output Jack - $40 plus output jack cost

Tuning Machine

Direct Replacement (depending on existing tuners) - $60 plus cost of tuners

New Tuner Installation (requiring drilling/reaming) - $100 plus cost of tuners
